University of Wisconsin-Platteville professor earns certification
Scott Wright, Ph.D., P.E., assistant professor of project management at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and its Distance Learning Center, is the first employee at UW-Platteville to receive the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.
The credential is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. Globally recognized and demanded, the PMP demonstrates that an individual has the experience, education and competency to successfully lead and direct projects. PMI is the world’s leading not-for-profit membership association for the project management profession, with more than 500,000 members and credential holders in more than 185 countries.
