Congratulations Graduates 
The Distance Learning Center staff, coordinators, and faculty send congratulations to all of our spring and summer graduates. On Saturday, May 11, distance education students attended commencement ceremonies at UW-Platteville and enjoyed time at a reception held in their honor. We always enjoy the opportunity to meet our graduates in person after years of communicating via phone and e-mail.

Phi Kappa Phi 
Several distance education students have accepted invitations to join Phi Kappa Phi, the oldest, largest, and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines. Phi Kappa Phi’s mission is “to recognize and promote academic excellence in all fields of higher education and to engage the community of scholars in service to others.” Membership is by invitation only to the top 10% of seniors, 7.5% of juniors, and select graduate students. Congratulations on this honor.
